Hannan Accounting & Taxation began in 2006 in the inner west suburb of Rozelle. Building a reputation as a one of Rozelle's local and friendliest accounting and tax specialists. Hannan accounting opened a second office in Norwest Business Park forecasting growth and change that was coming to the Hills Shire and its surrounds.
Having one office in the Inner city and one in the Hills District allows clients to easily fit appointments in close to work or close to home.
We believe that advice on tax and related matters is more than a sit down meeting, we integrate ourselves and our advice into the lives and targets for our clients. We have seen clients of all sizes grow and expand to large businesses and others be bought out and bring our clients through the full lifecycle of business.

Abdul Hannan
B Com | FIPA
Abdul qualified in the UK and then graduated from UTS in Bachelor of Business and has been practising in both the UK and Australia for the last 35 years. Developing a love and passion for people who he sees as friends, Abdul has quickly developed a dream to help and establish financial security and peace of mind for his clients. Abdul has over 700 clients ranging from individuals to large corporations. Specialising in tax and audit work Abduls experience has brought the firm to the position it is now and he hope to see it flourish further and help more people across the state.
Ridhwan Hannan
B.Com/LLB | MIPA | FTI (Partner)
Ridhwan completed his Bachelor Commerce and Laws Macquarie University Sydney on partner scholarship awarded to him. Working previously at National Australia Bank and Dixon Advisory, Ridhwan has developed a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience across most sectors. Working as a tax agent for more than 10 years, Ridhwan has developed a specialisation in property taxation matters working with nation brands and partners to help deliver clients strategic taxation advice in the property journeys. Ridhwan has also worked closely in with primary health care clinics and current manages over 15 across NSW.
Jack Cheng
B.COM | CA (Partner)
Jack has over 10 years’ experience in financial accounting and tax accounting. Jack has developed a wealth of knowledge in virtually every industry and the application of taxation law. Jack is currently our primary accountant who acts as a financial controller to many businesses with turnover over more than 2M. Delivering quality results and management of those businesses cash flow and management accounting reports which help them operate day to day. Jack was appointed a partner in 2021 due to his unwavering work ethic, client management and above all his honesty and diligence to all the client he engages with.
Nisho Sadeque
B. Com | CA | MTax | CTA (Partner)
Nisho has over 16 years experience working in small, medium and large accounting practices. He commits to delivering excellent client service and brings a wealth of tax knowledge accumulated through working 10 years in specialist tax areas at some of the Big 4 accounting firms, including income tax, corporate tax, employment tax, employee share scheme matters and private client structures. Nisho has also further enhanced his knowledge in taxation through the completion of a Masters in Taxation at Sydney University. Having worked in smaller practices over the last few years, Nisho has now dedicated his focus to assisting families manage their tax risks, estate planning, superannuation, and tax effective stuctures. He also helps SME clients build their businesses through a tailored and solution focused approach. Nisho was appointed a partner in 2021 due to his technical and precision in all areas of taxation law.
Lindy Song
Lindy Song joined Hannan accounting in 2011. Her expertise is in the area of individual taxes, bookkeeping, auditing. She holds a master degree in accounting from Curtin University. She is a member of the institute of public accountants (IPA). Lindy is the manager of all our outsourced compliance programs and currently delivers her time to strata audits and strata compliance.
Shreya Udachia
Qualified with an Accounting Diploma having experience in book keeping for small businesses and appreciate following their progress. Shreya is current the Practice Manager & Client Servicers manager. Shreya is the heart of the tailoring and value delivered to clients where she manages each of their matters with care and attention and ensures that all clients’ goals and concerns are communicated and managed effectively within the office environment.
